What we record

With measurement on, we store which pages you opened, which caravans you viewed and which filters you used, along with a random identifier for your browser and this visit. We do not build a fingerprint of your device and we do not buy data about you.

How we join up visits

Only when you give us an email or phone number in an enquiry, and only if you allowed cross-device recognition. Those details are turned into an unreadable hash with a secret we keep on our server, so they cannot be read back out of our database. Anything uncertain is left for a person to review rather than guessed.

How long we keep it

Visit history is deleted automatically after 14 months. Enquiries are kept while we are still dealing with them and for our records afterwards.

Changing your mind or asking us to delete

Turn measurement off above and we stop recording immediately. To get a copy of what we hold, or to have it deleted, email us and we will handle it within 30 days.
